11月8日（土）10:00〜16:30、汐浜海浜テラス（江東区新砂1-1-1 公園内）で開催される「汐浜運河マルシェ」に、キッチンカーで出店します🚚
※雨天の場合は11月15日（土）に順延となります。

■ おすすめはエゾ鹿キーマカレー！

今回のイチオシは、小麦粉・砂糖・化学調味料不使用、グルテンフリーで、酒粕塩麹と10種類以上のスパイスを使った、からだにやさしいエゾ鹿キーマカレーです。
鹿肉は低カロリー・高タンパク・高鉄分で、非常に優れた栄養価を持つお肉。クセが少なく、初めてジビエを食べる方にもおすすめの一品です。

そのほか、公園で気軽に食べられる鹿ソーセージ＆北海道西興部産無農薬ジャガイモのポテトフライ、猪のハンバーガー、体が温まるポトフなどもご用意しています。

■ Oninowa will join Shiohama Canal Marche with our kitchen car!

We will participate in the Shiohama Canal Marche on Saturday, November 8th, from 10:00 to 16:30 at Shiohama Seaside Terrace (Koto-ku, Shinsuna 1-1-1, inside the park). In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Saturday, November 15th.

Our top recommendation is the Ezo venison keema curry—gluten-free, made without wheat flour, sugar, or chemical seasonings, and prepared with sake lees shio-koji and over 10 kinds of spices for a healthy and gentle flavor. Venison is low in calories, high in protein and iron, and is a great choice even for those new to game meat!
