■ 年始の営業開始日について

年始の営業は、1月5日（月）11:30～19:00からスタートいたします。
お休み明け最初のランチや、仕事始め前後のひと息つきに、ぜひお立ち寄りください。

1月は、持ち寄り会の開催や、都合により営業時間が変則的になっております。
ご来店の際は、下記スケジュールをご確認ください。

■ 1月のイベント出店について

1月は、店外での出張営業も予定しています。

◆ 月島・佃「喫茶と居酒 anata」さんでの出張営業
1月10日（土）12:00～17:00の予定で、月島佃にある「喫茶と居酒 anata」さんにお邪魔し、出張営業を行います。
前回ご好評いただいた十勝のヒグマハンバーグなど、ジビエを使った特別メニューをご用意できるよう、現在準備を進めています。

◆ 隅田公園そよ風ひろば『焚き火アンビエンス🔥』に出店予定
1月31日（土）11時頃から、隅田公園そよ風ひろばで開催予定の『焚き火アンビエンス』にも出店を予定しています。
焚き火のあたたかさを感じながら楽しんでいただけるような、冬にぴったりのメニューを考え中です。

いずれのイベントも、詳しい内容やメニューのラインナップなどは、詳細が決まり次第、Instagramなどでご案内いたします。
月島エリアや隅田公園周辺にお立ち寄りの際は、ぜひ遊びにいらしてください。

寒さが厳しい季節ですが、温かいスープやジビエ料理、有機野菜たっぷりのメニューをご用意してお待ちしています。

Thank you so much for visiting us last year. We will continue to serve seasonal organic vegetables and gibier dishes in 2026.

We are usually closed on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

■ Pop-up events in January

We are planning the following outside pop-up events in January:

◆ Pop-up at “anata” (café & bar) in Tsukishima / Tsukuda
We will have a pop-up event at “anata” on Saturday, January 10th, 12:00–17:00.
We are preparing special gibier dishes such as our popular Tokachi brown bear hamburg steak.

◆ “Takibi Ambience” at Sumida Park Soyokaze Hiroba
We are also planning to join the event “Takibi Ambience” at Sumida Park Soyokaze Hiroba on Saturday, January 31st, from around 11:00 AM.
We will serve warm dishes that go well with the cozy atmosphere around the bonfire.
