旬のマコガレイを中骨ごと楽しめる一皿

これから旬を迎えるマコガレイは、身のきめが細かく、上品な味わいが魅力です。当店では、中骨まで食べられるようにカラッと香ばしく揚げ、外はサクッと、中はふっくらと仕上げています。骨の食感も含めて、マコガレイならではのおいしさを丸ごとお楽しみいただけます。

さっぱり中華風香味だれで、お酒にもご飯にも

仕上げには、中華風の特製ダレをかけています。揚げたてのカレイに、爽やかな香りとほどよい酸味・コクが重なり、お酒のお供にも、食事の一品としてもよく合う味わいです。ビールや紹興酒、日本酒などと一緒に、ぜひお楽しみください。

We are happy to announce that our seasonal dish “Deep-fried marbled flounder with aromatic Chinese-style sauce” is back on the menu for a limited time.

We use marbled flounder that is just coming into season, known for its delicate texture and elegant flavor. The fish is deep-fried until crispy so that you can enjoy even the bones, while the inside remains tender and juicy.

On top, we pour a light and refreshing Chinese-style aromatic sauce made with green onions and other fragrant ingredients. This dish goes very well both as a snack with beer, sake, or Shaoxing wine, and also as a side dish with rice.
